Shoulder Injury Overcompensation
Muscle imbalances result, placing tension on bone and softer tissues – leading to a misalignment within the upper body. The extra stress on the opposite of the body will also result in weakness and fatigue of the tissues – increasing the chances they can eventually injure or begin to gradually break down. This is a textbook example of how you get an overcompensation injury.

The Shoulder T-Shellz Wrap is what our customers and clients use to address symptoms (pain and stiffness) associated with these imbalances.
