I Attempted to Place an Order Online and my Card Declined - What Would Cause This?
There are generally two reasons behind this...
1.) We are a Canadian company and we contract our shipping services to a small company in the US (our shipping is done from the U.S. and all of our pricing is in U.S. dollars). In not so common cases, a bank or financial institution will block the customer transaction because the bank considers MendMeShop to be "international". If you do not have a history of using your card outside the U.S. - the bank may put a hold on the transaction. You then need to contact your bank to let them know you want the hold lifted.
It is inconvenient, I get it. As an alternative, you can try a different card for payment.
2.) Some individuals tried using Amex or Discover through payment option number 3 on the checkout page, in the second titled "Online Credit Card". To use Amex or Discover, one would simply have to check out through the Paypal option (the first option in Section 3)
Please note, you do not need to be a member of Paypal to use the service nor do you have to join - Paypal is simply an intermediary like other processors are.
As an alternative, you are welcome to process an order over the phone by calling 1-866-237-9608. We accept all major credit cards along with Health Savings and Flex Funding payments.
Can I Purchase the T Shellz Wrap in a Retail Store or Elsewhere Online?
MendMeShop is the exclusive seller of the T Shellz product line. They are ONLY available exclusively through MendmeShop directly. We do NOT sell the T Shellz Wrap on third party marketplaces or in retail stores. If you want to place an order for the T Shellz Wrap, do so directly through this website or over the phone by calling 1-866-237-9608 (weekdays 9 to 5).
Do You Accept Medicare or Insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not deal directly Medicare or insurance companies.
Do You Accept Payment Through Health Savings Accounts / Flex Funding Accounts?
We do indeed. In fact, a significant number of our customers have successfully used their H.S.A or Flex Accounts to purchase our products.
Can I Place My Order Over The Phone?

We do recognize some people are more comfortable processing an order with a live person - plus it gives you the opportunity to have any lingering questions addressed.
Is My Personal Information Safe With MendMeShop?
In addition, we do not store customer credit card information - it is not kept on our internal systems.
How Are Orders Shipped? What service do you use?
All orders are shipped through the Post Office, utilizing their Priority Mail Service.
Where Are Orders Shipped From?
Parcels are shipped from Pennsylvania. Orders are processed and mailed every day, except Sunday, to ensure the fastest possible delivery time.
How Long Will It Take to Receive my Order?
Orders are processed and shipped six days a week. The typical delivery time frame for U.S. orders is only 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
Will I Receive Confirmation and Tracking Information For My Order?
Absolutely. Once an order is placed, an email confirmation/receipt is emailed to the email addresses provided during the order. If you do not receive one, please check your junk mail folder, as emails can be mistakenly transferred their by your email client.
In addition, once the order is received by the post office, you will be emailed tracking information for your order.
What is MendMeShop's Return Policy? Is it the Standard 30 Days?

Are Your Products Covered Under Warranty?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all products. Our extensive warranty involves a full replacement of any device or component that breaks down within that time frame.
If on the rare occasion that your product is damaged during shipping, we will cover the entire cost of a replacement product.
The Shoulder T Shellz Comes in Two Sizes. If I Order the Wrong Size, Can I Exchange It? What If I Want to Exchange a T Shellz Wrap for a Completely Different One?
We will be happy to initiate an exchange of any product. In fact, we will cover all return shipping costs related to the exchange of product.
How Long Does It Take To See Results With The T-Shellz Wrap?
Results will vary from person to person based on a number of factors (extent of tissue damage, length of time the tissue damage has been present, the amount of stress placed on the tissues at this time, etc)

Are the T-Shellz Wraps Safe?
Yes, the T Shellz wraps are safe to use. In addition, they are F.D.A. registered devices.
Do the T Shellz Wraps Run on Electricity? Can They be Powered by a Portable Battery Pack?
All T-Shellz Wraps operate on electricity, utilizing an AC/DC adapter. The electrical cord is approximately seven feet in length. We have no immediate plans to develop a portable battery pack.
Can the T-Shellz Wraps be Used Over Metal (titanium) Implants?
Yes, the T Shellz wrap can be safely used over metal and titanium implants. We do ask you discuss the matter with your doctor prior to using.
Under What Circumstances Should the T-Shellz Wraps Not be Used?
For those currently dealing with cancer, suspected of dealing with cancer, or have previously dealt with it, we would not recommend use of the T Shellz devices. Those who are pregnant or suspect they are pregnant should not use the product. In addition, those who are predisposed to bleeding disorders, those with very poor circulation or have a history of moderate to significant vascular issues, those with A-fib, or those with varicose veins should not use the T Shellz Wraps. For those with pacemakers and other electrical implants, talk to your doctor before considering a purchase. Being conservative in our approach, we do not recommend purchasing in such circumstances. Ultimately, your doctor should be consulted prior to purchasing our products for use under any circumstances.
How Much Time Do I Need to Dedicate for Treatments? Are the Products Easy to Use?
Our T-Shellz wraps are very easy devices to use. After one or two uses, you will engage in the application with ease. Very detailed instructions are included and you are always welcome to contact us by phone or email if the need for help arises.
It is often recommended to use the device two or three times a day on average. At the beginning, consider starting with 10 to 15 minute treatment sessions to get the body accustomed to the modality. The maximum time for a treatment session is to be 30 minutes in duration (at which time, the device will turn off automatically).
Your individual treatment times are to be based on comfort levels and/or availability of time, along with other factors.
Typically, people use the our wrap before bed, upon awakening (or not long after) and one other time during the day when the opportunity presents itself. For people in an office setting, many will use the device at work (as it can be worn over clothing). For others, they will use the device an hour or two after work.
What Is The Maximum Amount of Time I Can Use the T Shellz Wrap?
Never exceed 4 treatments per day over a single area, with treatments spread out by at least 3 hours.
We also recommend not using the device for more than 30 minutes consecutively - without allowing the device a cooling down period of a minimum of 20 minutes.
The T Shellz can be used to treat two different areas within the same 30 minute session. As an example, let us assume an individual has a low back issue and hip pain. They could treat the lower back for 15 minutes and the hip for a subsequent 15 minutes as well.
Can I Use Cold Pain Creams, and Other Modalities In Conjunction With The T Shellz Wraps?
Yes, to all of the above.
Cold is primarily used by individuals immediately following activity that stresses injured tissues and induces some pain and inflammation. Always spread out cold and T shellz applications by at least 60 minutes.
Pain creams (such as our Arnica Infusion) can also be used in between treatments as well. It is important to reiterate that your skin is to be clear of any gels, lotions, or creams prior to using the T Shellz Wrap.
In regards to Active Movement Sessions, many of our customers go that route. The T Shellz Wrap is primarily used on the "off-days" from sessions, as these sessions typically one to three times per week. A consistent approach with using the T Shellz Wrap in conjunction with active movements has served many well. As always, discuss any home treatments with your doctor prior to starting.
Are Your T-Shellz Wraps F.D.A. Registered Devices?
Yes, our T-Shellz wraps are F.D.A. registered devices. Our products are intended to help in the management of soft tissue damage, help with chronic conditions, and are also used in post-operative care. Our devices and our secondary products like the Arnica Infusion are manufactured to very high standards.
