Jane originally purchased the Shoulder T Shellz Wrap from us. Later in the year, she ended up purchasing both the Elbow T Shellz Wrap and the Knee T Shellz Wrap for two people she felt could benefit from the devices.

At one point, Jane had misplaced her power adapter for the Shoulder T-Shellz Wrap, but we graciously decided to replace it for her at no cost. Jane is a great customer and thought it would only be fair to provide her with that small goodwill gesture.
