I attempted to place an order online and my card declined - what would cause this?

There are generally two reasons behind this...

1.) We have two operating centers, one in Canada and one in the US (our shipping is done from the U.S. office and all of our pricing is in U.S. dollars). In not so common cases, a bank or financial institution will block the customer transaction because the bank will consider MendMeShop to be "international". If you do not have a history of using your card outside the U.S. - the bank may put a hold on the transaction.  You then need to contact your bank to let them know you want the hold lifted.

It is inconvenient, I get it. As an alternative, you can try a different card for payment.

2.) Some individuals tried using Amex or Discover through payment option number 3 on the checkout page, in the second titled "Online Credit Card". To use Amex or Discover, one would simply have to check out through the Paypal option (the first option in Section 3)

Please note, you do not need to be a member of Paypal to use the service nor do you have to join - Paypal is simply an intermediary like other processors are..

What is the success rate of  your products? Do they really work?

What is the difference between an Electromagnetic Energy wrap and a standard heating pad?

The differences between an Electromagnetic Energy Wrap and heating pads, moist gel packs, etc - is a night and day comparison. There is nothing that compares to the healing capacity of Electromagnetic Energy.
